Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Together, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

These terms apply to our website, waitlist, and mobile application, along with any related services we provide.

Together provides a private, invite-only digital room designed for exactly two people. After a one-time pairing process, that space becomes a shared relationship hub for communication, games, prompts, memory building, and related features.

We may add, remove, or modify features over time, including free and paid functionality, to improve the product or respond to operational, legal, or security needs.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Pairing your account with another user creates a shared space intended for joint use. You are responsible for sharing pairing links or codes only with the person you intend to connect with.

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction and old enough to enter into these terms.

Together may offer a free tier and one or more paid premium plans. Premium features may include higher usage limits, expanded archives, or access to additional product functionality.

Where supported, a premium subscription may be shared across the two accounts connected in a paired space.

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the platform through which you subscribed and are also subject to that platform's terms.

We may change pricing, packaging, or feature availability in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to use Together only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm us, the service, or other users.

You may not use the service to harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or transmit illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.

You may not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where legally permitted, or use automated means to scrape or abuse the platform.

You retain responsibility for the content you and your partner submit to the service. By using Together, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Because Together is built for paired use, some content is inherently shared between the two connected accounts.

You can delete your account through the app. When an account is deleted, associated data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the platform, or where we are required to do so by law.

Together is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Together is intended as a relationship product and communication tool, not as therapy, counseling, crisis support, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

If we are found liable for any claim arising from the service, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 U.S. dollars if you have not made any payments, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
